K-Opticon March 2022: New York City

We are a fully remote team and feel it is important for everyone to get to know each-other. For this reason, we host weekly happy hours for the whole team and other fun team events! On top of that we organize semi-annual in person meetups! Back in march, we held a K-Opticon in New York City.

Our engineering recruiting process

    We look through your application to screen for a variety of criteria.

  2. Team Fit Interview

    Introductory call with one of our team members going through some non-technical questions.

  3. Technical Interview

    Online, 30 minute interview with K-Optional engineers, learning more about your technical abilities and knowledge.

  4. Offer

    We make an offer to the candidate we think best fits the role.
